Kerrie Pullen

Kerrie Pullen (she/her) is a Filipina American artist and educator who earned her BFA in Art Education from Murray State University (2023). Her work explores biracial identities, cultural fragmentation, migration, and the search for home. Using personal archives and imagery from Filipino pre- and post-colonial history, Pullen examines how memories and inherited narratives can be preserved and reassembled.  
 

In addition to maintaining her studio practice, she teaches art across elementary, middle, and high school public settings. She is currently a first-year Drawing MFA candidate at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
