Caleb McMurray MFA Exhibition
The University of Missouri’s George Caleb Bingham Gallery presents MFA candidate Caleb McMurry’s solo thesis exhibition, Beyond Sight, which is comprised of works in fibers and photography. Beyond Sight explores perceptual and physical phenomena as a means of suggesting other realities beyond the immediate.
The exhibition is open daily from 8AM to 5PM from Monday, March 12th through Friday, March 16th. A reception, which is free and open to the public, will be held on Thursday, March 15th from 4:30PM to 6:30PM. The artist will give an artist talk on Tuesday, March 13th at 4:30PM at the gallery.
McMurry holds a BFA in photography from Webster University – St. Louis and is a candidate in Fibers at the University of Missouri. He has most recently exhibited his work at the 2018 True/False Film Festival and was also awarded the outstanding student award from Surface Design Association in 2017.
