Bio: 

Ric Wilson is associate professor of art at the University of Missouri-Columbia where his teaching focus is print, interactive media and letterpress printing. Wilson has worked as a designer and art director for design studios and advertising agencies in Tennessee, Arkansas and Missouri over the past eighteen years. He has won numerous awards for design, interactive and advertising collateral materials. Wilson’s current research focus is design for non-profit and foundation clients in the US and abroad. His work in the letterpress studio includes limited-edition books and packages printed using wood and metal type and photopolymer plates. Wilson received his BFA from the University of Tennessee in 1990 and his MFA from The University of Missouri-Columbia in 2001.
