"The individual student instruction was great. My favorite was listening to your extra info and input on museums and our work. I think you are very open to student’s desires and plans of what they want to work on. I felt a good deal of freedom to paint what I was passionate about."
"This was an amazing experience. My favorite part of this trip was learning to do things on my own and be in a different culture."
"The art we saw was incredible. I really enjoyed the mix of modern and contemporary art in with the renaissance art that we saw."
"Loved critiques and the freedom of producing our own work on our own time. I liked having the lectures also- helped with the art history side of things. I liked the schedule and being able to spend the afternoons on our own."
In addition to the Art Department's study abroad opportunities, the University of Missouri-Columbia offers many other opportunities to learn through the International Center's Study Abroad programs.
